ARTICLE 1. DEFINITION AND NATURE OF PERSONAL DATA
When using the Site, the Serra Boutique-Hotel may ask Internet users to communicate personal data concerning them, in order to use the services offered on the Site.
The personal data collected as part of the services offered by the Serra Boutique-Hotel corresponds to the information required by the entities when submitting a request for assistance.

The legal grounds for collecting Personal Data are as follows:

The Internet user’s consent when it is required, as well as for any processing of Personal Data collected indirectly and for the use of cookies and other tracers,
The performance of the contract concluded between the internet user and Serra Boutique-Hotel when using the services offered on the Site,
Legal and regulatory obligations.

ARTICLE 10. COOKIES
