ARTICLE 1. DEFINITION AND NATURE OF PERSONAL DATA
When using the Site, the Serra Boutique-Hotel may ask Internet users to communicate personal data concerning them, in order to use the services offered on the Site.

The legal grounds for collecting Personal Data are as follows:

The performance of the contract concluded between the internet user and Serra Boutique-Hotel when using the services offered on the Site,
